Yep, I typed this on that.
Greetings from the home front, dear reader. I've been enjoying a week getting caught up on a number of projects, firing up a new lawn mower, and tinkering with a virtual reality headset that I'm building myself, though that last one is admittedly not going so well. Lots more to come on all those things once I get the time to stop testing and fiddling and start writing and editing.
I still have a few articles in various digital hoppers waiting to go online, so I don't have a lot to link you this week. Such is the joy of freelancing in a digital age: often you fire over your hard-wrought copy and then wait for weeks or more before something quietly pops up online with your byline. But here's the latest list of where you can find me in print, plus one new online piece that's just a click away.
How you can 3D print your own keyboard case
I'm not just a nerd when it comes to weird pinball stuff and automotive topics. I also tend to geek out about the latest advancements in at-home 3D printing, plus the increasingly low bar of creating your own printed circuit boards. The world of DIY ergonomic keyboards is probably the ultimate convergence of those two trends, and thus a topic of intense interest for me, too.
I built the keyboard you see above quite a few years ago, but when my friend Dan Ackerman over at Micro Center said he was looking for topics on 3D printing, I offered to do a bit of a how-to on how to create your own custom cases for your own custom keyboards. Want to know how? Here's your chance.
Latest exploits in print

Since last I gave an update, you can find me in a pair of magazines. In the current issue of Car Graphic, on Japanese newsstands now, I talk about the Copperhead reboot and how it might just be a new-age, big-muscle halo car for Stellantis.

And for Worth Magazine, I wrote about Audi's rebooted and electrified RS5.
Hopefully, you can find some of those on a newsstand near you.
That's all for me for now. I'm off to Helsinki tomorrow to drive one thing and get an early preview of another. It's a lovely city that, if nothing else, is far enough north of mainland Europe that I shouldn't have to worry about heat exhaustion.
I also have a few more reviews in the hopper for this very newsletter that'll be hitting your inboxes hopefully before too terribly much longer. Until then, be well and do good.
